StreamVODs is run by Voupe. Voupe ("we", "us", "our") is a company based in England. This privacy policy covers how we will use, collect and process any data provided to us.
We will store your email address for the purposes of managing your account with us. This information is required in order to ensure you are informed about your imported VODs. These can be enabled/disabled in your user settings. Your email address is also used by our payment processor, Paddle, for notifying you about subscription payments.
Transactional emails will be passed through Postmark and stored for a period of time to assist with debugging delivery problems and ensuring messages are appropriately delivered to their destinations. This is necessary to provide our service to you.

We use a self hosted version of Umami to help us track the details of visitors browsing our public website. Umami is a website analytics application that tracks and reports aggregate website traffic without compromising on your privacy. Umami only reports on aggregates, so no information specific to the website visitor is ever tracked or recorded.
We only use 1 cookie which is required for remembering if you are logged in or not.

We store backups of the StreamVODs database. Backup data is encrypted and stored off site in a secure data centre.
Backup data is stored for a period of 4 weeks.
